Beet Burgers

Hi!
I'm really excited about this one - mainly because it converted me from a hater of Beets to a lover of Beets. And not only did I like it, but my teenage sis who also is NOT a fan of beets (and not raw or vegan)  tried it, and liked it too --- and she knows better than to egg me on.

ooo! i am not vegan/veg but that looks amazingly delicious :) what is the layer between the beet & tomato? avocado?

Interesting. I'm not a veg/vegan at all, but I am really intrigued at the idea of a beet burger. Nice job!
